A few years ago I was given an amazing opportunity to work as a chocolatier in NYC which allowed me to learn how to work with chocolate in ways that I had never seen before. It was a nice change of pace from cooking savory food in a traditional restaurant kitchen. During my time there, I learned how to work with cacao from its raw state to the sweet and satisfying chocolate that we all know and love. Since leaving my job as a chocolatier I have decided to share my skill and offer a few of my very own chocolates. I am currently offering chocolate bars, bonbons, and caramels.
